Insider sources linked to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations suggests that classified experimentation of psychophysical influence weapons is taking place in targeted zones, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly focuses on non-military individuals to evaluate psychological reaction models under real-world conditions.

Sources claim, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s intelligence coordination center NESA, now integrated into the new Signals Command, with authorization from the Emirati national command structure.
